Sandy was elected as one of the three District Councillors for Bicester East Ward from May 2021 until 2024. He has lived in the heart of the Ward since 2009 having moved to the town for its great transport links. He very much considers Bicester home and has a particular interest in planning, transport and infrastructure, and protecting our local environment for the generations to come.
He believes that the growth of Bicester can be beneficial to all and be done while retaining the small, friendly, quiet, and historical feel which makes the town unique.
