Bicester Conservatives were delighted to join local entrepreneurs and homeworkers at the official launch of PERCH this afternoon.
Located in the heart of Bicester, PERCH is a unique co-working facility that provides space for creation, innovation, and opportunities in a relaxed environment. Ideal for residents who are homeworkers, self-employed or who have recently started up their own business, PERCH allows users to work in comfort whilst encouraging collaboration between enterprises.
Led by Conservative-controlled Cherwell District Council, and co-sponsored by Bicester Vision, PERCH is the first co-working initiative of its kind locally.
Facilities include open plan hot desks, comfortable seating areas, meeting rooms with seating for 12, high-speed broadband, and refreshment facilities. Free business support and advice is also available with several networking opportunities hosted each month to help inform, inspire, and assist users.
Bicester North and Caversfield Councillor Jason Slaymaker attended the opening and said: “The facilities look fantastic. I have no doubt PERCH will help foster a dynamic, local business community. I look forward to seeing the great ideas discussed around the hot desks come to fruition.”
