We'd like to introduce our candidate for Chipping Norton in the forthcoming West Oxfordshire District Council by-election on November 14th, Caspar Morris.
Caspar is local, having lived in West Oxfordshire for most of his life and, whilst working in Oxford, he's also an on call watch manager at the local fire station.
Caspar will be out campaigning with the team in Chipping Norton at the weekend and looks forward to meeting some of you on the doorstep to hear what YOU would like to see improved in the area.
